How does it work?
CV Reviews and Interview Preparation
01
We support beneficiaries in creating and refining their CVs, developing strong interview skills, and building confidence for job applications.
Wellbeing Workshops
02
We provide workshops focused on workplace wellbeing, equipping participants with practical tools and strategies to navigate challenges and maintain resilience in a professional environment.
Job Opportunities and Industry Partnerships
03
We collaborate with industry partners to offer interview and training opportunities, with the goal of securing meaningful employment for our beneficiaries
Ongoing Check-ins
04
Regular check-ins with both individuals and employer partners ensure continued support, allowing us to adapt and improve the programme based on feedback and evolving needs.
Community and Networking Events
05
We host alumni and networking events to celebrate achievements, foster connections, and strengthen relationships between beneficiaries and industry partners.
Long-term Support
06
Unlike many time-limited funded projects, Kineara provides ongoing support, allowing individuals to reach out for guidance and assistance even after securing employment.
